This project involved extensive alterations and additions to an existing building near the Grammar School campus.

The work consisted of the addition of a single storey, 1000m² early childhood centre and alterations to the existing building. New carparks and access roads were also installed as part of the contract.

The work was completed in three stages to provide early possession to the school.

A new library building was constructed for the Bunbury Senior High School. The building was constructed on a vacant site near the existing high school.The structural steel framed single story building was designed to maximise its energy efficiency.

The project was finish on time and within budget.

After successfully completing Stage 4, Civilcon was awarded the contract to build Stage 5 which consisted of a new library facility and learning rooms. The two-level tilt panel building connected to an existing building on the second level.

The building was constructed within the occupied school site with minimum interruptions to students and staff

A new Early Learning Centre, Library Building, car-park and alterations to the existing St Josephs Primary school in Bunbury. The project commenced in May and was completed in February for the new school year.
