Stage 1 involved construction of new retail space adjoining the existing shopping centre.
Stage 2 consisted of a redevelopment of the existing shopping centre with extensive internal and external renovations taking place. All work was co-ordinated to minimise interruptions to all existing shops which continued trading throughout construction.
