10 new bedrooms, kitchen and extensions to the existing function room were added to the existing Tuia Lodge Frail Aged Care Facility. The project was fully operational throughout construction with minimum interruptions to staff and residents.
The building was awarded Best Commercial Building at the MBA South West Awards in 2007.
