Construction

The building structure consists of mainly structural steel frame throughout with concrete tilt panel walls on the boundary, with timber stud framed infill clad with Hardies Scyon weatherboard and lined timber stud walls internally.

Challenges

There were many challenges that were overcome on this project including; extremely tight 7 month construction program which was met even with considerable and significant variations throughout construction, working with and coordinating various specialist trades and nominated subcontractors to meet the programme. Also, the site was located on a busy intersection which restricted access and required continual coordination of trades and material deliveries to overcome.
